Nutrition Therapy 

 

Nutrition Therapy Step 1- Nutrition Assessment: 

 

All new clients begin with a thorough Nutrition Assessment: 

​

• At this Initial Appointment, we will discuss why you are seeking nutrition counseling and begin our collaboration in creating a plan unique to your needs that addresses realistic goals.  You will complete some paperwork prior to the appointment.  This initial appointment typically lasts 90 minutes.

 

Nutrition Therapy Step 2- Ongoing Nutrition Support:

​

• At the second appointment, we will continue our discussion, address your progress so far, and identify what has been working well/what has been challenging.

• The second appointment is usually within 1-2 weeks and we will discuss scheduling at the initial appointment

• We will discuss a plan to best meet your unique needs for ongoing support and determine the best appointment frequency

• Follow up appointments typically last 60-75 minutes.  Other appointment options are available

 

Rates:

       $225 for the 90 minute Initial Appointment

       $140 for the 60-75 minute follow up appointments

       $330 Package for Initial Appointment & 1 follow up appointment when paid in full at the Initial       

        Appointment

      

Claims to BCBS insurance will be filed after each appointment

I am in network and accept BCBS insurance.  Most BCBS plans cover nutrition counseling and I am happy to help you determine your coverage.

​

I provide superbills (i.e. medical receipts) to help you receive coverage from other out of network insurance plans.

​

Reduced rates and payment plans are available to help make nutrition counseling more affordable.  

 

Tele-health computer or phone based consultations are available.
